I really love how this piece turned out. A poor overworked angel, taking a coffee break…gotta find time to enjoy the little things!

Here’s a fun piece for Strategicon 2010. I keep promising myself I won’t do knights on horseback…
Here is a new character sketch for a game I’m currently in. Carrow is a mage-theif who seems to have a bad habit of burning down every location she stays at for too long. That and voodoo-dolls.
The first one here is a commission sketch of a knight on horseback – ink only. The second one is a fun little sketch that I’ll hopefully have time to finish coloring this week.

I have finally found my kryptonite; thy name is mono!I highly recommend never catching that as it leaves a person unproductive and constantly tired. Finally all better and back on track.
This piece was conceived last year during Relay For Life, a American Cancer Association marathon and fundraiser. A pearl is an irritant, formed when bits of sand and debris get caught under the shell of a mollusk. While beautiful once removed, it is ultimately a foreign object in the body. A scallop was chosen as the mollusk representative since they also form pearls, but due to being rare(er) and more difficult to find, they are generally not hunted for like clams and overlooked. Watercolor.
WordPress is finally up and running and I’ll have to admit I’m a little impressed. Hopefully this will make things easier going forward. Needless to say things are just being set up, so think of the little teaser illustrations and photos like a primer coat on ones house. More will come when that ever illusive “spare time” becomes available.
